USA– we ship within 1-3 Business days. If you are in the USA you can expect to receive your items within 3-7 business days. Once we ship your products we will supply you with a USPS tracking number. USA items are shipped from our facilities in New York

We do not refund purchases if you have put in the incorrect address details however we will do our best to ensure you receive your package. Australia posts asks that you allow 10 days from the day of shipping before following up on any late orders. You will be notified with your tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item/s for another size once we receive the items for exchange we will send your new size/s with no additional shipping charges. Please note we will only pay for re-shipping for 1 size change. Any additional the buyer is to pay for the return shipping.
Returns Upon receiving your item/s we request that within 2 weeks you express your interest in returning your item/s, you then have 45 days to make that return. We will happily refund your purchase cost as long as the item is not damaged and is in it’s original condition.
Faulty Items If an item is faulty we request that you return the item or provide detailed photographs of the fault and we will provide a full refund or exchange including a reimbursement of shipping costs if you return the item. Faults need to be addressed within 45 days of receiving the product otherwise we cannot guarantee a full refund.
